Over the past years we have dedicated good part of our company resources to technological innovation with the following concrete results:
addition of seven NC lathes to the machine fleet, with automatic loaders and store for picking up the bars;
maintenance of quality certification complying with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 ( ISO 9001:2000) standards obtained in the year 2000;
use of modern measuring instruments to control product details (profile projectors, micrometers, internal and external digital gauges, roughness gauges and digital altimeters). Creation of a quality control room with a controlled temperature environment;
acquisition of software and hardware for the planning and control of production. The production control software and hardware allow us to systematically control the batches in production by inserting the dimensional characteristics of details in data terminals placed on board the machine (Datamyte Mitutoyo system).
The dynamic production planning software allows us to answer our customers, in very short and precise terms, regarding consignment dates of items ordered or to be ordered;
procurement of materials and components for the production process (raw materials, equipment, tools, etc..), only from suppliers with quality certification
